Human Resources Policy Manual
Welcome to the new WAHT Trust Human Resources Policy Manual, which has been launched to reflect our People & Culture Strategy.
Our HR team are in the process of developing the manual in partnership with our staffside colleagues to support an ‘engaged workforce’, improve our employee relations and ‘culture’ of trust, accountability, respect, empowerment and equal opportunity. Each policy will outline what is expected of you and how you can expect to be supported, with accompanying guidance and toolkits.
As part of our commitment to supporting you, a number of key HR policies have been reviewed, including Grievance, Stress at Work and Supervision.
Further HR policies are being reviewed over the coming year and will be updated regularly. Please click on the link in the index to take you to the most up to date Policy.
